messemger pop-ups

How do i stop the constant pop-ups on my computer. This
happens all day long. Need help in curbing this annoying
problem. Just received new computer with Windows-XP-Pro
installed. Help if you can.

Hello,

You must disable the Messenger Service (this won't affect your MSN/Windows
Messenger). Click Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools ->
Services -> Messenger -> Properties -> Disabled (dropbox) -> Stop -> Ok.
