help needed

hi i cant get any sound on my computer ive tried
everthing buy i still dont have any sound devices

Best thing to do is go to control panel...system...go to device
manager...and delete your sound card..reboot and let windows reinstall it.

Make sure you have the drivers just in case windows needs them ... your
WinXP install disk too.

Also...sometimes updating the driver will do the trick too...if there is an
update.

Control panel add/remove programs on left side add/remove windows
components--is there a sound device there?
