Its not working

I have a problem with messenge. If i am logged onto
messenge and someone from a cell phone sends me a
messege, messenger has an error and closes and so i dont
get any of the messeges. it says there is an error with
C:\DOCUME~1\Bob\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERC.tmp.dir00\appco mpat.txt
i have tried to fix it but cant figure out how and i need
some help from you to try and fix it. Thank you
