Can some please tell me how to disable Messenger so I can
stop the constant pop-ips all day long. Thanks

Hello Hal,.

You must disable the Messenger Service (this won't affect your MSN/Windows
Messenger). Click Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools ->
Services -> Messenger -> Properties -> Disabled (dropbox) -> Stop -> Ok.
