I have a high speed connection, and sometimes it just comes to a dead
stop, and I have no clue why. I've tried reinstalling software,
different hardware, and it's still the same. Is there a way to log
activity so that when it comes to a dead stop, maybe I can identify a
file, a program, or just something to give me an idea what's going
on? As for the ISP, they refuse to accept the fact that any of their
equipment may be a problem.
