Parser Error when openning "add remove programs"

When I go to the Control Panel then click on Add Remove
Programs, a Parser Error pop-up occurs and says "Value
Creation Failed " at line 472" Can anyone help me with
this? Thank you

Hi AJ,
This can be caused by a conflict between a Stylexp theme and SP1.

To test this, change the theme and try Add/Remove again.

If the error does not happen than get an updated version of the theme

It most often happens with an old ( pre sp1 ) copy of forever blue but their
are others which do the same thing.

Change to the windows default " Windows XP Style " just to be sure.
