Hello,

I would like to connect my 2 Pc together using the same Workgroup. Since I
upgrade one of my pc from WinME to WinXP Pro(not really a upgrade, it's a
new install.), I can't configure this setup easily. I did all the same
setup than I had with WinME but MY Network Place is still empty. There is
something missing to me. Any help will be greatly appreciate.

There are several points to be checked:
Both XP systems must have a guest account defined (but not necessarily
logged on).
Each machine must have a unique IP address set up in TCP/IP setup area.
I assume that you have ethernet cards in each machine and can ping
sucessfully from each to the other.
You must have 'print and file sharing feature installed in the network setup
area in each machine.
You must set sharing on for the folder or drive you wish to see from the
other machine.
I hope this helps.
