Rulaunch.exe

Does anyone know what application the RuLaunch.exe
program is for. I keep haveing an error message that
hangs up my system saying that the rulaunch.exe can not
find tlsxpand.dll.

The .dll you are looking for is probably on your computer but in the wrong place. It
should be in C:\program files\mcafee shared\components\instant updater. Do a search
on your hard drive.
You could go to McAfee and read their support documents.

Its your Mcafee virus scan program. You might have 2 instances of it
starting at the same time.
Start/Run/Msconfig Startup tab and delete the second entry of it if its
there.
