cant use outlook when emailing websites

i cant use outlook when emailing websites i always get a
message saying the host cant be found and i dont know how
to change it where i can send messages can anyone
help???????

Right-click the blue IE icon on your desktop and click on
Properties/click the Programs Tab/see if Outlook is the
E-Mail Handler/if not, click the down arrow to the right
of the E-Mail handler text box and click on Outlook.

If Outlook is not there, reinstall Office then verify that
Oulook is in that text box.
