Since I installed the drivers of scanner and printer in
the early of April, my computer has a big problem.A blue
weird screen always appears and it says "A problem has
been detected and a window has been shut down to prevent
damage to your computer. If this is the 1st time you have
seen this stop error screen, restart computer. If this
screen appears again follow these steps: check to make
sure any new hardware or software is properly installed."
It keeps on saying some more stuff.
It always appears in 10-15 mins after I turned my
computer on.Then I have to turn off the computer and wait
another 30 mins or more if not the blue screen will
appear again and then keeps on restarting!!!You know it's
just so annoying!!
Two weeks ago, I noticed the driver of the scanner
doesn't support Window XP and im using Xp. So I think
it's the reason that causes this problem. I uninstall the
driver. Also , I used Norton System Work and upgraded the
Window system by using the window-Xp cd-rom, hoped the
problem would be solved. Unluckily, the problem still
exists and it really bugs me!!
P.S.: Im sorry if sometimes I make you confused as im not
native English speaker. Also, I really have spent a long
time to write this as my computer always restarted. Hope
someone here can help me..
