WJ View error message

I get an error message at log on that says "WJ View error
could not execute Main: file could not be found." Can
you tell me what this means or how to fix it? Someone
said it has to do with a Microsoft command line header
for Java?

Download & Install MS Virtual Machine=20

Note: After installing VM, visit the Windows Update
website and install the latest security update for it.

I did what you suggested, but it did not work (still get
same error msg). I got as far as installing the VM, and
updating to a newer version, but you can't install any
security update from the Windows Update website, since
they're not for XP. If you try to install the security
update that says it's for Windows 2000, it won't work.
Any other ideas?
