Better group for Development Issues?

This NG seems to be support for Messenger issues...Is there another NG that
would be a better forum for people developing add-ins or automating the
messenger object?

Just asking, there doesn't seem to be many resources outside of the SDK
downloads for people trying to dev new solutions.

There is a microsoft.public.win32.programmer.RTC group which does touch on some of these
things. As well, the MSNFanatic (non-Microsoft related) forums are also more
programmer-centric:
