Error 0x800C0008

I tried several times to update my windows, and it tells
me "There are no updates available for your computer.
Please check back later."

I check the Windows Update log and it givs me Error
0x800C0008.

Explorer has English (United States) selected and it
keeps giving me the same problem.

Kindly find herewith something to read about your problem. For all your
