Dear Whomever,
I bought a Compaq Presario with MS XP. To transfer files
from the old computer to the new computer, it said that MS
XP has a Files and Settings Transfer Wizard. My MS XP
aparently does not. Following their directions, I end up
with the Management Wizard, not the Files and Settings
Wizard. Would MS care to comment on this? Also, why is
it so difficult to contact MS? I'm writing this message
for MS, but I'm not sure it will get to them because their
feedback service is so screwed up. Care to comment on
your "contact us" service?

Greetings Harold,

To start the File and Settings Transfer wizard, click Start, then Run, enter "migwiz" and
click OK. The "Contact Us" link depending on where it was, most likely was for contacting
about the web site, not specifically Microsoft products. In fact this group right now, is
peer-to-peer help for Windows Messenger.

If you want to contact Microsoft, visit http://support.microsoft.com and click on "Contact
Microsoft".
