undisclosed receipients

I would like to send email to several persons at one time
but not let everyone see all the names who have received
the same forwarded message. I have received emails
with "Undisclosed reciepients" in the "TO" field instead
of all the names listed. Please advise how this is done.

When sending a message, leave the 'To' field blank, and put all the
recipients in the 'Bcc' (Blind Carbon Copy) field.
