desktop arrangement

SBJ : Hi! I would like to have help with my
desktop arrangement. It has gone to the side and I have
tried everything to make it go back to the bottom of the
screen but I can't find out how to do it. What should I
do?

Are you referring to your taskbar?
If so, right click a free spot on the toolbar and choose unlock the taskbar.
Drag it to where you want it then release.
You can right click again and choose lock the taskbar to keep it where you
just located it.
