Messenger can't do remote access

Hi everyone,

My windows messenger is having problems. Everytime i try
to click on remote access on my windos messenger it does
nothing. I click on the button and nothing happens. If my
friend ask for remote assistance it says "remote
assistance is disabled or it has not been installed. That
is what it says on his computer. I don't understand how
this could happened. Could someone please help me out.

Greetings Ankit,

To fix this, assuming your Windows installation is in
C:\Windows (if it's not, you'll have to edit the drive letter in the file in Notepad before
running), just run this .reg file, reboot and it should work again:
