send help file as an attachment to an email

hi. bring the help screen up on your monitor you want to
send. then press your "print screen" key on your
keyboard. it's in the top row on your keyboard. then open
up a program you can paste it in. like "wordperfect".
when you press the "print screen" key, that copies your
screen to the clipboard. then you can paste it in another
program. please email me if this works for ya. thanks.
