The error being reported is script error. To get rid of
script errors, perform below steps:

click start, choose Run, type

regsvr32 Urlmon.dll

click Ok

Download latest scripting engine from below website:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?
FamilyId=C717D943-7E4B-4622-86EB-
95A22B832CAA&displaylang=en

or

http://tinyurl.com/7fxd

Thanks for the suggestion - unfortunately it did not help - I am still
getting the error. Any other suggestions to resolve this problem?

Okay - after two hours of searching on the web I came up with an obsure
website that was listed on one of my searches, It was titled something like
Popup Stopper - "The callee(server[not server application]) is not available
and disappeared". The website was no longer available so I turned off my
pop up stopper and it fixed the problem.
