Hi,

I have windows 2000 installed and im using a cam and I can
see images on my end. Problem is I have a relatives with
windows XP and when they launch net meeting the following
error comes up:
"You cant accept this request because video and voice
conversation is only available on windows XP. Please
ask 'X' to send u a voice only request." Also video under
the tools tab is greyed out on their end. How do they un
grey that and tick to accept video? Thanks

Greetings Sean,

They're not launching Netmeeting -- they're launching Windows XP's Messenger client(s)
built-in video support, which is something completely different. In fact, in the Windows XP
version(s), by default, there is no "Start Netmeeting" -- you'll need to send the Start
Netmeeting request yourself (just click the Actions menu, then Start Netmeeting).
