I am using XP home and I have five user accounts and the
problem I'm having is only on one user account. I am not
sure when it really started I just noticed it one day
when switching between accounts. Every time I log out of
my main account and log back in I can not reconnect to
the internet without restarting my computer. Now on all
the other user accounts I have no problems, I can log out
and back in and click on IE and I'm back on the web. What
has got me confused is that I am use SBC DSL and they
have a connection manager and when I run it I get a
message that everything is work normal: computer,internet
and ISP connection. I have run a ping test and it's
normal. But IE and Netscap's browers won't connect. I
have noticed that when I have tried to open my brower a
couple of times in a row and when I go to log off or
restart NAV will not close without help.
