audio conference with 3 or more contacts ?

please could anyone help me with this problem:
is messenger, or netmeeting capable of doing audio
conferences with 3 or more contacts ?
if not, which free software can handle it ?
(i have read dozen websites about MSN and NM and have
found no information about this. and i know taht both can
do one-to-one conference)

The only free software that I know of that can do this is Yahoo Messenger
(http://messenger.yahoo.com). Netmeeting/Messenger can only have one-on-one conversations
(at least without an expensive MCU server).
