error message

when i double click on my hard drive i get the error
message MICROSOFT XP PROFFESIONAL WITH FRONTPAGE SET UP
settings file c\files\setup\setup.ini is missing or
invalid.i have no office cd its just in a zip file ive
tried reinstalling from zip and it remains the same
