I run Internet Connection Sharing on a small office
network workgroup (8 pc's). We have been using this since
christmas, recently we keep getting problems with the
internet on all machines except the one attached directly
to the internet.
The problem with the other machines is with msmsgs in the
internet services, there are thousands of entries for
this, with different port numbers, eventually two machines
try to use the same port number for msmsgs and then the
internet stops working.
I have uninstalled msn messenger on all machines and
disabled windows messenger, I have checked that the
service (msmsgs) isn't running, but these entries keep
appearing in the internet services.
HELP!!
