When I connect with my friend for video conference, an
error message pops up. I can start voice conference with
him and send files to him, but I cannot start video
conference. How can this problem be solved?

Greetings Eric,

What's the exact error message that's coming up? Since voice is working, it's probably
likely that your contact isn't using Windows XP, which is required for the "video conference"
feature to function.

The opponent is using Windows XP. I forgot what the exact
error message was, it was sth "...experiencing
difficulities..."

Hi Eric,

They may just need to go through the Audio (and Video) Tuning wizard again -- to do so, just
tell them to open the main Messenger window, click the Tools menu, then Audio Tuning Wizard.
