msiefr40.dll Error message

I have found a reference to this in another post. The
error says "Rundll Error loading
C:/windows........sys32/msiefr40" I found someone on
another board with the same error message. The response
was it was an error in a French language conversion prog.
for IE. I think they were guessing from the name. I
referenced it and found a link to a spyware called
BrowserAid. I am trying to help a girl who gets this
message everytime she loads the desktop, for her account
on XP she shares with hubby, who doesn't get the same
error msg. Is this a MS system error as the other people
suggested. I don't want to give her bad info. It still
comes up on sel start with startup items disabled in sys
config util. Thanks for any help.
