Greetings,

In order to send files, the client PCs will need to be using MSN Messenger 5, the currently
released versions of Windows Messenger do not have UPnP file transfer sending support. You
can find MSN Messenger 5 here:
http://messenger.msn.com/download/download.asp?client=1.

As for IRC servers, you'll probably need to be running an ident server on the "server" PC to
successfully connect to most servers (although depending on the IRC network, there's usually
a few servers that do not require ident). Personally, I use this free ident server:
