CPU USAGE: 100%

My computer cpu usag eis 100% and it shouldn't be like
that, is anyone help me to solve this problem, i will
really appricate your help.

What program is using all that?
Press Ctrl-Alt-Del to bring up task manager and click on processes.

If you have a Soundblaster !live or Audigy card installed, it may be the
CTHELPER.exe file that gets installed and runs at startup. You can read
