help with webcam

please help.
Trying to have a video conversation with brother and
sister inlaw in australia, i am on xp they are on windows
98 we get sound but no picture on msn messenger, am i
doing something wrong if so can you help to point me in
the right direction. thank you

Windows 98 does not have the video capability for this type program.
NetMeeting will have audio/video both ways.
