>Hi Jennifer
I hope you are not disappointed -I don't have the answer
to your problem unfortunately -I just wanted to let you
know that I have exactly the same problem and since I use
Windows Messenger to make videao calls to my family in
England it is very frustrating. If you find a way to
resolve the problem I would be very grateful if you could
let me know. Meanwhile I will be working on the problem
and if I get it fixed I will contact you.

Hey I think that this is a slow moving epidemic one of my clients is
having the same problem on one of her home computers. She can't access
any secure banking websites or hotamil, msn messenger, msn explorer.
This is a really fustrating issue. I have found that many users are
running into this problem but nobody has a definitive answer or reason
for this. Any help would be greatly apprecieate.

If anybody comes up with a response please email me at

Thanks
