Default settings when copying to a CD

Is there a way to turn off the default that keeps the
files to be copied to the CD in the queue even after the
files have been copied once? I'm talking about the CD
Writing Wizard that keeps telling me I have files waiting
to be written to the CD. (My problem is that I've got
some dll files in there that I can't delete and I really
don't want to keep copying those files to every CD I
create!)
