e machines please help

when i start up my pc a screen appears and reads isas.exe
error screen with message while trying to update passwords
this return status indicates that the value provided as
the current is not correct is has an okay button but when
i press this the computer shuts down. when i reboot the pc
the same messages appear. can u help me?

The "?" indicates that you know at least some puctuation. How about using a
little more, then maybe we could help you.
