Problems with video and audio

Well I have an intel nic card too and so do other people
on here that have your exact problem. See if rolling
back the driver helps. I have not been able to do so yet
because I have a brand new machine and don't have an old
driver installed to roll back to but some other people
with our problem and intel nic cards have solved it by
reverting to the previous driver. Tell me if that works.
