I can't install "internet information server", is it
possible in "windows xp home". There is no option for IIS
in windows extensions.

No it isn't. IIS is available in Pro only. There is no way to install it
under Home as it's not an option. If you knew you wanted IIS before purchase
maybe you should have done some research first and then you'd have known
which version to purchase.
