Net Sign-in window - HELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPP

Hi

Can someone please help. The net-passport signin window keeps popping up on
my screen. I use windows xp, office xp and messenger 4.7 installed. I
never use messenger, it is disabled in my outlook. It is all the time and
very annoying. I dont' want to sign into anything. Please hellppppp very
frustrated
