My pc screen resolution is very low.
I have an error message:
Error loading c:\windows\system32\NvCpl.dll

What does it mean? What can I do?

It's saying that it can't load the Control Panel for yout NVidia video card.
Go the thier website and download the latest drivers, and make sure that you
follow their instructons on removing the old drivers before you install the
new drivers. If you don't, things can get really crazy.

NvCpl.dll belongs to your nVidia graphics adapter.
Reinstall the driver.
