Security Vulnerability :-(

In the last few days (think since last Windows update) everytime I open
Yahoo Messenger....I get this windows message that an update should be
installed
immediately to address a security vulnerability. But when I hit yes...it
comes back "Update Failed".
What do I do?

Its a yahoo update / security update
not a MS update

Its got nothing to do with a XP, or Windows.

It's better if u go to Yahoo.com and reinstall
it from the yahoo site.
