dredded Freeze

My new system locks up, nothing works, have to turn power
off and on to reset. Windiows dosen't give me any error
messages? My system is 2.53 dragon ultra plat.
motherboard, 512 pc 2700 ram, ati 9500 pro 128 meg. 6
fans in case plus cpu copper fan, 350 watt power supply.
win xp home oem. really only use it to play on line.
cable modem. start to play and some nights have no
problems other times it locks up every 5 min. Where do i
start? PLEASE HELP

With the dealer who sold it to you.

Also see if an updated video driver is available from the card or chip
manufacturer's WEBsite. If problems arise, ROLL BACK to the original
drivers. If you are not familiar with this process, it's best left to
someone who is.

a you using the latest via drivers out http://www.viaarena.com/?PageID=2 ,
and with all those fans you might need more power than a 350. unplug a few
fans and see if that stops the lockups. i know it's hot in there but heat
and lack off power don't mix either.
