Adding "tabs"

[For Rent]

I remember there used to be a bunch of things under the Bell which is
located in the tabs menu. For some reason, I can't figure out how to add
anything there anymore. I thought there were tons of things to add?

Can someone tell me how to add items there? I thought MSN Wallet, News,
etc., were there..

The tabs have moved to MSN Messenger 5 and are no longer in Windows Messenger (besides the
Alerts tab).
