I've upgraded my system from Win98 SE to XP Pro. Everything is properly
working except my CD-R Drive. I have one CD-R Drive and one CD-RW Drive on
my computer hardware. There is no problem with my CD-RW Drive, but when I
insert a CD in my CD-R Drive, computer freezes and restarting. After restart
it works normally except some of startup items but when I eject the CD and
insert another one it happens the same thing.

My CD-R device and driver is compatible with XP and also digitally signed.
(LG CD-R 52X Max). I've checked the Device Manager and computer Manage
Console. But this device is "enable" and "working properly" with no
conflicts.

I've also checked with my installed programs if there may be a problem. But
found nothing. Furthermore, when I install XP to my computer and start at
first time, that problem already there. As you know, at first beginning with
a new system there won't be any program installed or something. I don't
think that there will be a software problem.

Do you have any idea to fix that problem in a way please? I need urgent
help.
