geting started

The computer that I use at work has Windows 2000 on it how
do I get started using the messenger service? Please
respond with some help. Please Please Please Soon

Probably have to get another operating system such as Windows XP if you want
video, all of the other Operating Sysstems, such as Windows 98 and Me will
support audio, but no video.
