I lost the post from the person asking how to determine what NIC card he
has; however, here it is: Below For XP users, for other users, it is
easier, Right Click/Properties/Device Manager.
1. Right Click My Computer select Properties
2. Click Hardware
3. Click Device Manager
4. Click the plus sign next to Network Adaptors
This is the one installed on your computer.
