You need to download the latest drivers for your video card from the video
card manufacturer.

Do you know what video card you have?
If so, visit the manufacturer's website and you should be able to find a
download for your video card model.

If your video card isn't OpenGL enabled then you may need to upgrade it.
Most of the newer 3D cards out there today have OpenGL as standard.
