XP Home - SLOW boot up!!

This is most likely caused by a bug in a Common Client
update for Norton Antivirus from Symantec. Try
uninstalling and reinstalling NIS, then run Live update
and be shure to uncheck the Common Client Update and your
system will be back to normal.
