Hi

I have windows 2000 and a relative has XP. Our cams both
work at our ends but neither can see each other. We have
the send ticked in video. Received though is grey and
unable to be ticked.. How do u ungrey the receive tab?

Greetings Sean,

You might want to ask your relative to turn off their Internet Connection Firewall in Windows
XP. Just tell them to click Start, then click the Control Panel. If they're in category view
click Network and Internet connections then click Network Connections. Right click the
network/internet connection, then click Properties. Click the Advanced Tab, and verify that
the Internet Connection Firewall is unchecked.

Do you receive audio either way? Is a "secure"= data only call being made?
