Why, when I sign on to AOL and the work screen comes up,
do I loose my taskbar at the bottom of the desktop. I
ask this same question to AOL, and there reply was that
they supply support only for [AOL] programs and services
operating within the published specifications for those
programs and services.

Programs such as Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE) are
separate programs from AOL.

All I want to know is how to get the task bar (with the
clock and start button to be visable when I am on line!

Hi George,

What I do is minimize AOL to the task bar and use Internet Explorer.

I do not like the AOL screens anyway.
