Streets & Trips 2002

ERROR 1308. Source file not found.
d:\msmap\pfiles\msmap\data\usa_cd.mad. Verify that the
file exists & that you can access it. Dell's helpdesk
tells me to reload my operating system (XP) but I'm
thinking there must be a better way! Has anyone else
experience this error message when trying to run Microsoft
Streets & Trips 2002? Thanks for any help you can give me!

Greetings --

Do you have the Run CD in the CD drive at the time this error
occurs? Is the CD free of any scratches or smudges?
