HotFix Q811493 (SP2). Find it in the Add/Remove Programs
section of the Control Panel [or Settings]; remove it
(uninstall). Then promptly go back to the Microsoft
Windows Update Site and download and install it again.
There is a fixed version now there under the exact same
number [why they did not change number I have no idea].
See if this will fix your problem. It sure did it for me!
