i can't have a video conversation

I have a pentium 4 computer and it just got updated and i
have a usb cable thing in the front AND in the back... and
i can take pictures and record videos on the camera but i
just can't have anyone see me in the video conversation...
although i can see the other people. PLEASE HELP ME!!

Greetings Karrin,

You may just need to run through the Audio (and Video) Tuning Wizard again. Before you start
another conversation, open up the main Messenger window (where all your contacts are listed),
click the Tools menu, and then choose Audio Tuning Wizard. Go through the wizard, and during
one of the options you will be able to select your camera and test it. After you've gone
through this, open up a conversation window to someone, and click 'Start Camera' (either on
the sidebar or from the Actions menu).
