Quickcam Pro3000 installation problem with XP

I was installing the software for the Quickcam Pro3000 but
when it get to the driver installation part of it. I got
an error message "No IPLIB.DLL was found in the Waterfall
Procedure".
Does anyone knows what this mean? It there a fix to this?
